Spectrum Cross Stitch takes the utmost care to ensure your artwork arrives in the same state in which is left us. 

The family of Chris Wills will personally pack the framed artwork to ensure that the greatest care has been taken to prevent damages in transit. 

• Our courier can only deliver to a physical address and no PO Boxes
• Although the greatest of care and measures are taking when preparing artwork for delivery, we have to place a measure of faith in the delivery services that we use and are not liable for the loss or damages of artwork due to circumstances out of our control
• Delivery of completed art work can take up to 5 working days in New Zealand and 10 working days internationally
• We deliver both framed and unframed artwork to your door
• Art work may be collected from our Auckland address with prior arrangement
• Spectrum Cross Stitch does not take responsibility for delays in delivery due to courier services and their processes being entirely out of our control. We endeavour to ensure any changes to delivery dates or updates are communicated as quickly as possible
• We deliver throughout New Zealand and everywhere else in the world
• We offer flat rate shipping of $20 for New Zealand and $55 for the rest of the world
• FREE SHIPPING is available for the purchase of up to 3 bookmarks for all orders of $45 and less - New Zealand wide
